Terms and Conditions RGN

  1. Introduction These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of RGN (the "Website") and your purchase of products and services through the Website (the "Products"). By using the Website or placing an order for Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Website or purchase any Products.

  2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Website and purchase Products. By using the Website and purchasing Products, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into and abide by these Terms.

  3. Orders and Payment All orders for Products placed through the Website are subject to availability and acceptance by RGN. You agree to pay for all Products you purchase through the Website, and RGN may charge your payment method for any Products purchased and for any additional amounts (including any taxes and late fees, as applicable) that may be accrued by or in connection with your Account. You are responsible for the timely payment of all fees and for providing RGN with a valid payment method for payment of all fees.

  4. Shipping and Delivery RGN will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver Products to you within the estimated delivery timeframe indicated at the time of your order. However, RGN does not guarantee delivery by the estimated delivery date. The risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery of the Products to the carrier.

  5. Product Descriptions RGN attempts to be as accurate as possible in its Product descriptions. However, RGN does not warrant that Product descriptions or other content available on the Website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a Product offered by RGN is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
